Video generation credits and recovery
Practical guide · English
Before submitting a video, check its displayed credit cost. After submitting, use the task’s status and your credit information together to understand what happened.
A pending task, a failed generation, and a completed video awaiting final confirmation are different situations. Repeating the request is not always the right next step.
What does a video cost?
Cost depends on the model and settings you select. Use the quote shown before generation rather than a price remembered from an earlier task.
See pricing for available plans. Check the generation screen for the cost of the specific video you are about to request.
Why might credits be unavailable while a task is pending?
The generation workflow can reserve credits while a task is being processed. A reservation is not the same as a completed charge.
A task may also need its output and credit records finalized after generation. Do not interpret a temporary balance change alone as evidence that a video has completed, failed, or been refunded.
My task is taking a long time
Check the existing task in your history before submitting another request. Generation times vary by model and request.
If the status remains unclear, use Contact and describe when you submitted the request, the selected settings, and the message shown. Do not send passwords, API keys, or authorization tokens.
The video exists, but completion is still pending
If the task offers a recovery action, use that action to check or finalize the existing result. Recovery is different from requesting a new video.
While completion is pending, retry or delete controls may be unavailable. This helps prevent a new generation from obscuring an unresolved result or credit state.
If recovery does not resolve the issue, contact support before creating a replacement request.
The task shows an error
Read the task’s explanation and check whether an output is already available. Do not assume every error means that nothing was generated.
If you choose to retry generation, review the settings and cost again. A new generation request may use additional credits. Automatic refunds are not guaranteed for every failure; unresolved credit states need to be checked against the task.
