Start with a short, simple scene. This guide covers prompt-based video creation and downloading the result. Publishing to social accounts is a separate step with platform-specific availability.
1. Open AI creation
Sign in, create or select a brand space, and open Marketing Studio. Choose AI creation for a video generated from a text prompt. Available models and settings may change.
For a first attempt, describe one subject doing one action in a clear setting. For example:
A golden retriever eats from a bowl in a bright kitchen. A steady camera, natural daylight, and realistic movement.
This is an example prompt, not a promise of an identical result.
2. Choose settings and check the cost
Review the model, resolution, aspect ratio, and duration before submitting. A vertical 9:16 video is a useful starting format for a phone-sized preview.
Check the credit cost shown for your selected settings and make sure you have enough credits. Do not assume that different models or video lengths cost the same.
3. Submit once and follow the task
Submit your request once, then follow its status in the task history. A slow or unchanged progress indicator is not by itself proof of failure.
Check the existing task before creating another request. If the result or credit state is unclear, follow the credits and recovery guide rather than repeatedly generating the same scene.
4. Review and download
When the result is available, preview the full clip. Check motion, composition, audio, and any unexpected content before using it.
Download the video and open the file on your device. Keep a local copy of any result you intend to use. Review the rights to uploaded material and applicable disclosure requirements before sharing.
